Hands down one of the best soft tissue therapy treatments I’ve ever had! I’ve been treated here multiple times now by Colin Frost and have left feeling much better than when I arrived every single time. Colin really digs deep into what the actual issues are and what’s going on with your body. Not just physically, but he pin points exactly where the problems are occurring and addresses them cautiously. Every time I come in for a treatment I learn something new from him and also about myself. It’s like a learning experience and treatment all in one. I’ve just recently started up my competition prep for the biggest powerlifting event in Australia Big Dogs 3 and can already feel the massive differences in the work he’s done on me so far. And I’m planning to keep getting treatment done on a regular basis to help keep me healthy and injury free. If you’re having any nagging pains or issues anywhere, I highly recommend scheduling an appointment and seeing for yourself that it’s not just all talk. It’s the real deal! Thanks again Colin!

I cannot eloquently assemble a post to adequately describe Colin, his colleagues and his business.  What I will say, hand on heart - there is absolutely no way that I would be able to continue working let alone maintain some remnant of sanity without Colin. Of this, I am certain.  I will be forever grateful for the time and effort both Colin and Caroline have put into aputting up with my incessent winging, and b remedying my wonky bits  Go see them. Do it. Your body and mental state will thank you for years.

Colin and his team are awesome. Injury treatment in wholistic practice which, in my mind, is Canberra’s best!

The team here, when it comes to treatments are very knowledgeable. They take the time to understand your injury and tailoring a rehabilitation program. I can't recommend these guys enough.
