Interesting zoo! It's especially interesting to come with young children. But adults will also be as happy as children! All animals live in good conditions. The workers do their jobs well! My son and I were very satisfied! Thank you so much to all the workers!!!!

Loved it. Lots of reptiles to see. Loved the owls, turtles, sugar gliders and perenti most and seeing an actual boa constrictor.  Staff were friendly and helpful. Some of the areas  are pretty tired and could do with a repaint, replacing of signage. Minus one star because the area up the back was quite shabby though maybe a bit of an OHS hazard. Apart from this it was a lovely visit with my Grandson we spent about 90 minutes there. There are a lot of cafes close by too.

A must‑stop in Canberra — a huge menagerie of reptiles and native birds, with an exciting hands‑on section where you can pat friendly lizards. The staff are warm, friendly, and highly informative, which really enhances the visit. The saltwater crocodile has one of the best enclosures I’ve seen, and the variety of species means there’s always something new to discover. Great for families and anyone who loves wildlife.

Very organised and well thought out reptile collection! I was pleasantly  surprised as it might not be a big place but the exhibits are varied and informativenI appreciate the effort and creative design of this place to cater to both kids and young at heart! I only gave 4 stars because the cafe was closed! I love the animals here and how they are cared for. I have been to some of the famous  San Diego Zoo, Western Plains Zoo, etc and not so famous zoos and animal  sanctuaries  Devils at Cradle, Reptile Sanctuary near Cradle Mtn and zi think this place is in my top three! It helped thst we got there early on a Monday and we lracticslly had the place to ourselves, so we had plenty of tranquil time inmersing with the adorable creatures without conpeting with screaming kids, lol
