I had a bad shopping experience in this store. I saw the pairs were available there which were sold out online. I was so happy to buy them. But the guy acted like the 'cool kid' vibe, very intense and made me so stressed to ask questions. The whole shopping experience was so intense and uncomfortable, I felt I was pushed to buy or just leave don't waste the time of theirs. This was not like the experience I had with Camper stores in the past. They were very warm, comfortable and welcome, they let me try and enjoy the time in the stores. I often bought shoes in the Sydney stores and once in this store few years ago I didn't know what happened, the vibe is changed so much. There was no customer service and no good vibe. I didn't want to write the google review because I liked this brand so much so I wanted to let the company know maybe they could pay attention to some of the stores. But the phone call was even more awful, the guy didn't care about what happened, and just told me to write an email to explain what happened. Then I understood why the store service was like that, because the company no longer cares about how the customer experience and feel, it is just about the sales. It was a shame, I won't buy anything from Camper, I don't want to experience this kinda service anymore.
This was in Melbourne Australia. After I purchased my shoes at the store I found them for $75 less on Camper's website with free shipping. I returned to the store and explained the situation to their regional manager-Thomas, who happened to be coming by that day. He responded by giving me a few lame excuses like; "perhaps the seasonal differences between in Australia and Spain could be the reason, or maybe the website is not updated, really? And that would explain the 40% increase? He would not refund my money, price adjust or offer anything else to keep a customer happy. Very disappointed!
The store was fine but the shoes have slippery soles raft.I have contacted camper many times but they are not interested. These shoes are dangerous and should be removed from the market .NSW consumer affairs are to investigate this issue for me
Friendly personable and helpful staff made it a really welcoming and attentive experience.
Very nice staff very well organized as well very good quality items
The quality of shoes from this brand is substandard. I recently purchased a pair of leather sneakers for $200, only to find afterward there were clear scratches and rubbing marks on the leather I acknowledge i should have noticed this prior to purchase. On return the salesperson said it was normal for their shoes to have these marks and refused a refund store credit only. I would not recommend Camper shoes to anyone. What a terrible experience.
Fantastic service, shoes were faulty after having for 10 months and were swapped for a new pair. Thank you.
Very polite and helpful shop attendant. Bought the runner also my first pair of Camper. Have heard for years this brand is quality and extremely comfortable but never come across my mind wanting to own one. Friends swear by them and have more than one. Tried quite few other top & popular brands before buying similar design like the runnerseems to be the trend now, maybe I should say this classic look is never out of trend but none come close to the lightness and comfort. Extremely happy with the product and services. If they have more color range and design of the runner, will definitely grab another. Oh did I mention no break in required.
Purchased my first pair of Camper boots yesterday morning. Must shout out a massive thanks to girls in Emporium Melbourne,Natalia and Dobrila. Great customer service, knowledgeable and very patient. Bought the Waldon Boot ,walked out of store in them thinking I’ll wear for a couple hours ......took them off some 8 hours later !!! Very comfortable!! Thanks again Ladies Helen
Great experience with the staff, looking forward to my new shoes!
