horrible experience getting film developed with these guys, who I'm guessing was the owner was quite rude to me today, calling me unreasonable and that I can't come back for refusing to pay for an already developed roll which I accidentally gave them however apparently scanning and putting it on a disk warranted a fee, when the disk can be erased and reused, just after a money grab, on their part terrible handling of the situation. I want to support local business, but when you tell customers to piss off that's just poor.

I have been going to Katoomba Camera House for years and have always found them very helpful and encouraging. Their courses are excellent too. I now live on the Mid North Coast but have returned to Katoomba for printing of photos for an exhibition. Thank you
