I went there filled up diesel in my truck and my hands got all dirty. Just wanted to wash before I pay and there was an old lady cleaning toilet and I asked her that i just wanted to wash my hands for a second, but before I complete saying she just shouted no no no!!!! You can’t use the toilet. People keep on pushing my trolley away and whatever. This was so impolite behaviour towards a customer. Her pitch was so high like its enough to ruin a person’s day in the morning! Infact the girl at the counter she apologised on behalf of her when I said your staff is way too rude. I guess this old lady should learn to speak to customers from the other staff.
The cashier was on her phone as I walked in to pay. When paying, I got discount vouchers to redeem and explained to her a few times that it was not gone through but she insisted that she already scanned the vouchers. Whereas, it was clearly that the system still showed the total amount original amount without discounts…nnNo sense of customer support nor customer service interactions
2:40pm on Saturday afternoon and made to wait 5 minutes by angry and upset cashier that had definitely got other issues. Management really had to have a good look at closing tills down when people are trying to pay. Never be back.
Great customer service but someone has to talk to rude lady who cleans the toilet she is really rude saying aggressively that the toilets are closed for cleaning I don't usually complain but this lady was so rude
Every time I visit staff were friendly
