Poorest customer services!nnI went to full my Red Hatch back at this station 11:20 hours today and faced some problems in my card scanning. I called store around 12:05 hours and spoke with a guy called himself manager ASAD was very rude, hang up call without notifying, yelling most of a time.nnVery unprofessional behavior if ASAD is a manager of this store .nWhen customers had problems they should had solution however this person have only excuse and frustration, he was saying he spoke with me 20 minutes but in reality he spoke around 8-9 minutes maximum.nn# A lady was fine at when I pay my amount at counter but ASAD sounds like he had a bad day and he hasn’t took rest otherwise why he will yelling at customers, hung up call and showing frustration to customers saying I have lots of things to do I can not speak with with all the time with loudly.
Called in for fuel at 1am. First pump not working.nWaited quite a while for chap to start the next one. He was missing in action for a while. Couldn't get to use the toilets.nOutside was untidy and pumps needed a good clean.nProbably wouldn't go the again,ever.
Today, I fueled up my red SUV at this store, using pump number 5. The cashier, Aakash, provided the worst customer service I've experienced as a regular customer. This incident occurred at 1:55 PM on June 23, 2024.nnWhile I was busy looking for my rewards card app, Aakash asked for my pump number without greeting me or inquiring about my rewards card. With another customer waiting behind me, he rudely repeated the question about my pump number. I confirmed it was 5 and pointed out that he should know my pump number. What if I had given the wrong number?nnI paid and left feeling frustrated. Aakash needs to understand that customers come to buy from Ampol, not to be treated rudely. Be nice and friendly, mate. Do your job properly. Check your CCTV for proof of this incident. I hope your manager helps you improve. See you again.
Customer service doesn’t exist here. They will make it a nightmare to use any rewards cards and gift cards. Also, tyre air compressor needs to be fixed.
The whole point of having rewards card is that you have fuel voucher and you have to pay 4c less for every litre. I went there two times, I show my rewards card, they scan it. And then nothing, it doesn’t even show in my rewards app. I checked and I still have 4 vouchers left. I don’t know if it’s machines’s fault or whatsoever. Need to check what’s going on. You’re deceiving your customer.
