My daughter and I went to get sugar and pump up my tyres, She looked at the price of sugar and it was $5.90 which she found very expensive, but as she needed sugar urgently and nothing was open, she took it to the till. The manager scanned it and told her it was $6.80... Are you joking? He checked the price tag as she told him it was incorrect and it was $5.90.. He said the price must have changed. she then told him I refuse to pay $6.80 for a packet of sugar that retails for $3 AT THE MOST at a supermarket. He then tried to add it to my card with my smokes even though she told him she didn't want it. Fast forward and I was pumping up my tyres, I came over to my daughter very upset as the pump deflated my tyre to 0 psi meaning it was deflated instead of inflated. The manager very rudely tells us that the pump was out of order though there was no sign. The trainee worker Matt came over and offered to change the tyre for me as i had a spare, this made me alot happier until the manager kept ringing his bell and calling Matt in and abusing him for helping us. We do not want Matt to lose his job as he was an amazing help. He was called inside so there was no one to further assist me in changing my tyre. Customers stopped and helped and complained but the Manager reiterated that this was not his problem and very rudely walked away. I m luckily had a portable compressor to inflate my tyre enough to get me to a working pump. 3 other people came while I was changing my tyre and went to use the pump, the manager just stared at them not a word said about the pump being out of order. She told the customer myself that the pump was not working and he also said there was no sign. She told them to remove the hose or put a sign over the screen so people know it's out of order. This was not done. I am very disappointed in the customer service and the lack of manners at the Greerton Caltex and I am prepared to take this complaint even higher until something is done. We are now boycotting Greerton Caltex as the manager was disgustingly rude and unhelpful. I'm not sure how things work in India, but here I'd expect customers to be treated ALOT better!

Good clean site, great variety of items in store & Jesters pies available as well. Not usually the cheapest fuel
