The sign on the pump says pay instore before you can pump. So I go instore and say pump six please ' how much do you want' the attendant says. I want to fill it up I reply. you have to come back in then he says. So I go pump and come back and 4 people are in front of me. So I get served by the other attendant and I say - why does it say you have to pre pay if you can't - she says you can prepay. I can't be bothered getitng into a dialogue about what I have already been told, it has already been a long day. Was not a fast stop - won't be stopping there again.

Pups not working. Only one person on till and having to wait for them to make coffee. Open times are confusing

Petrol and convenience store with easy access. Te Puna Motors is located in the same building if you need repair assistance.

I'm on crutches, the grumpy service attendant won't let me pay in the nightpay counter as some of the other more cheerful day staff have allowed me to in the past. There inside floor was wet. Safety first I thought. Won't go there again will get hot drink and petrol at one of the other 6 petrol stations between Kati Kati and Tauranga
