Today at about 3 PM I entered Mount Maunganui caltex I proceeded to grab a few items and go to the counter to check out and I was told by the man checking me out who was Indian and about 5’10 that I should get a discount for being too pretty. I am a young girl and he was significantly older. I was completely an utterly uncomfortable and will be making many complaints and reports of this incident this is sickening and disgusting

Clean and tidy store, Excellent customer service she was fast and friendly

Popped in and got a coffee, the coffee was well made and tasty, staff were very efficient and made me laugh while I was waiting for my coffee to be made. Definitely recommend!

Only popped in to get a drink and something to eat, but nothing really was appealing. Maybe because it was mid afternoon, who knows. Shop itself was tidy but could do with a scrub down and revamp it felt cluttered.

My local gas station. All the workers are usually really good. Friendly and helpful. Unfortunately though, I went there last night and was seen by one of the Cashiers named Martin. I found his customer service to very cold and rude. I also found him to be quite Patronising. I suggest removing him. Obviously I'm not very happy, as I come in quite regularly and no one has ever upset me enough to make me come on here and complain.
