Worst customer service experience of my life. I was served by a women who was rude and obnoxious and yelled at me whilst all I was ordering was a bunch of coffees, simple enough h. I refuse to go back to this bp or any bp for that matter.

I am really disappointed with the guy who served me today. I bought petrol & I bought a car wash, but it wasn't until I was in the car wash I realized he hadn't clicked my card then I forgot to go in once car was washed. My husband went into get petrol after work to same station and after he had paid he looked at his ticket and saw that there was no accumulated amount so he went back in and the guy said there should have been an amount but it was all zeros so he swiped my hubbies card and it said he had 62 cents on it but it was 62 cents after I had been in there in the morning so he didn't get the 10 cents added onto his card. I have my docket showing I have 62 cents accumulated. The workers just don't want to know..........................................
