I had at the Caltex Fuel Shop in Kaikoura on 24Dec2023 at approximately 8:30 pm.nnUpon entering the store for groceries, we were informed by the cashier, who appeared to be of Indian descent, that the restroom facilities were reserved for customers only. While we fully understand and respect store policies, the interaction left us feeling unwelcome and prompted us to reconsider our shopping plans.nnWe value our shopping experiences and believe in fostering positive connections with local businesses. However, this encounter left us with a negative impression. We wanted to share our feedback with you in the hope that it contributes to improving the overall customer experience.
Had a hot dog. Couldn't get my teeth through it. Overcooked by hours. Terrible
Only stopped in to fill gas bottle but quick friendly service
Awesome friendly place. He helped me top off my LPG gas and we had a friendly banter as well!
Horrible customer services. I was waiting to fill the fuel while all the petrol stations was full. Then I went to the WC while waiting, the lady at the counter said that WC is only for customer. Ok then, I’m not customer.
