We visited on a Wednesday 10:45am and there was a queue. There isn’t a lot of seating but we managed to find a table.nnThe croissants were fresh. You know it’s great croissants when it crumbles and flakes apart when you hold it. We had the Cookie-Croissant which came straight out of the oven and was hot and sufficiently melted when bitten into. The Choc-Hazlenut was the same but I preferred the cookie one - just because you won’t find anything similar in any other bakery/cafe in Melbourne.nnThe Pastrami baguette was freshly made also. The Ice Latte had three shots of coffee. Very strong.nnOverall highly recommended. Do yourself a favour and try it out!
Loved, loved, loved this place for its great option of croissants to choose from. Their signature wheel croissant is an absolute delight, filled with hazelnut, each bite just melts in your mouth. The fish burger and the tomato burrata were delicious. Would highly recommend this place to a sweet tooth. Will visit again, despite the long queue!
This could be Melbourne’s best bakery. The footy jam croissant, strawberry danish and cinnamon twist didn’t stand a chance - my girlfriend attacked all three. Seriously, all three sweets were delicious and the coffee was excellent too. No lactose-free milk but all other alternative milks available.
The choco-hazelnut croissant is my favourite! Must try the temporary menu every weekend, they usually change the menu every 3 months.nnI really like the place, because it is near to the library and Curtain Square park. Perfect for mommy-baby date!
I found this lovely cafe over a year ago and it’s been my go to place for when I want a croissant or a pastries. Definitely my personal my favourite bakery in Melbourne.nnYesterday I pre ordered their Mother’s Day special strawberry croissant. It was by far the best tasting pastry I’ve ever had! The strawberry flavour was outstanding, you could tell it was made from high quality strawberries. It was also stunning!nPrevious I’ve ordered their wheels which are always amazing as well as the almond and chocolate hazelnut croissant.nnMy favourite sandwich is their chicken, it’s perfectly balanced and the chicken always tender. I tried their fish sandwich when they ran out one day it’s not my thing and I found the fish a tad oily.nnTheir sourdough bread is delightful too. They are delicate yet chewy and have a lovely developed crunchy crust which if you’re a sourdough lover definitely don’t skip their bread.
