Horrible experience, lack of customer service. Missing ingredients on meals with other replacements, raw chicken, sour sauces and everything is so flimsy. Something under pancakes
Not bad, had changed ownership since I was last there a while ago. No better than it normally has been. But meal was nice and it wasn't jam packed
The sweet chilli sauce was too fluid and the favour wasn’t exactly there, didn’t really taste all that original. It would be great if it was more sticky. Went to dip my chips and onion rings in there, had to wait a few secs for the drip to finish.
Customer service was a bit poor, didn't really pay attention and didn't seem to want to give any help. Just seemed bored behind the counter. The food was yummy and quick to come out.
Ordered a chicken schnitzel and pizza. Schnitzel was small kids menu size and over priced. Chips soft a soggy. Pizza was cooked on a bread/biscuit base which was hard and crumbly. Customer service needs work. Would NOT recommend to anyone. No pancakes after dinner which disappointed kids. First and last time Cafe Primo.
Service, food tastes and options are terrific! Would definitely go here again. Quite easy to access with lots of parking!
