Ordered food online, walked down to the store to collect it, even though I had paid for the food they didn’t even look up when I said it’s been paid for and said “kitchens closed” I tried to show them my order and again there was no empathy or care not even a glance at my phone screen. Was then called 15 minutes later to collect my food however by that point I was already home and went to another cafe. I’ve only been here a couple of times but each time the service has been poor. Not even a smile. Will never return again.
The staff are fantastic at Etto. Alex, Mia and the rest of the team are always friendly and remember my regular orders. The food and coffee are always fresh and prepared quickly. Love the chicken schnitzels and BBC burgers!
Really amazing food! Very high quality. I’d go as far as to say the Codfather is the best fish burger I’ve ever had. Highly recommended
Just had a ice long black ... it was perfect! They also had a really nice food menu!
Super friendly staff here. Everyone greets you with a genuine smile. Normally just grab a coffee but stopped here for lunch. Had the chicken burger special with chips. I must say, not bad at all! Chicken is tender and tasty. Chips were mountainous, couldn’t finish them. Recommend!

Have regularly ordered catering for business meetings for many years. Varied menu. Great taste. Abundant quantity. Consistent quality. Good price. Awesome service from the whole Etto team. Alex, Anthea and team remember people's names and preferences - fabulous personal touch. Personally love their Chicken/Haloumi Yiros, Road Runner & best chips ever!

It may look like just another cafe but as soon as you walk in the door, you see the delicious food, being greeted with a smiling team and you can smell the coffee! The service is always with a hello, a smile and once they get to know you, no need to tell them your order, it has already been rung up on the register ready for you to pay and it is the best way to start your day. Do yourself a favour, try their coffee, a latte, a smoothie, a healthy juice or pick something to eat from their scrumptious menu, you will keep going back :
