Terrible customer service. Walked in at 1:30pm for coffee's. When I asked for my coffee, the response was quite rude, and I was told that I was lucky because she was about to turn it off, google says they close at 3pm, so not sure why it was being turned off so early. Not friendly at all, very rude staff every time I go in there. Will not be giving them any of my business anymore.
Just had a very nice turkey focaccia. Good food and great service, this is a good cafe for a quick lunch.

Walked into this cafe to get a coffee at 1.55pm today only to find the coffee machine was turned off. Opening hours on the door say the cafe closes at 3pm? Walked down the road thirty seconds to another cafe and got a coffee. Do you really want to be in business or not?
Cafe Vanilli is hands down the best cafe in Blackburn.. in fact Melbourne. The staff are super nice, coffee is always fresh and delicious and the food is truly delicious! I'm so glad I found this little cafe!
Quick and simple Mediterranean meals that are done well. Fridge stocked with typical soft drinks, plus a few more obscure varieties. Coffee available. Small space for seating. Would recommend take away.
Omg. I just got yelled at because I didn’t hear the lady over the other side of the room :: she ended up getting angry and frustrated and made remarks under her breath at me. Such a horrible experience. I never leave reviews, I just feel horrible. What a way to start the morning

That was the best coffee and lunch I ever had.. Great costumer service,clean shop and amazing Greek hospitality.. Highly recommend.
I’m sorry. Ended up walking out to go to another nearby cafe. $10 minimum for card payments = one lost customer.
