Cafe Pinnacle

Was served a small portion of Japanese curry rice for $12. What I ate wasn't even Japanese curry rice. The chicken was undercooked and filled with cartilage. Worst thing I've eaten this decade.Food: 1/5

Ate here every day for 6 months! Service was always reliable, as was the food. Didn't set the world on fire, but was moderately priced.

If you want to be over charged for mediocre food and rude service, this is the place to be! Ordered beef peppercorn, photo shows how much of the beef I DIDN'T consume - which is most of it. I could only eat the rice and sludge left. I had to suck on a lemon wedge to get the taste out of my mouth. Do not let the busy environment fool you, this cafe is the ONLY cafe in the building and around the immediate area, unfortunately. Not going back here ever.

First time I went here was because there weren't many choices in the area, but I've since been back several times because they serve pretty good coffee and a fudgy brownie. Variety of hot and cold food options although slightly pricey for what they are. Have seen their menu rotate fairly often and there are always vegetarian options that aren't just a cold leaf salad. Love their mushroom risotto and butter chicken. Portion sizes are generous and they always give a sealed packet of takeaway cutlery which I really appreciate - at least I know they're clean and not sitting out for ages. Bonus that the staff are pretty friendly and always give a smile. Once ordered their beef and rice dish for takeaway and they had just served all their rice. Rather than make me wait for their new batch to finish cooking, the manager asked if I'd be happy to swap out the rice for their stir fried noodles at no extra charge.

I don’t normally review unless I’ve had a bad experience so I’ll go ahead and write what was wrong with it. Been coming to this cafe for 2 weeks now nearly everyday because there’s not many other places in this secluded area. I ordered a chicken oyster sauce hot food thing with fried rice. I wanted half/half the usual go is the same price BUT I was charged an extra $3 for it because I didn’t get the rice. For a total of $17 with my can of Coke I’d say this is extremely over priced for food that’s been sitting there for a couple hours and wasn’t even hot when eating it. Not returning the one staff lady was rude and not understanding. Thanks anyway!

Sometimes good, sometimes bad. Changed owners few times. Ups and downs. I guess convenience is the key, food not bad, reasonable in price

Friendly staff, great coffee and a good selection of fresh made food. I drop by here every time I'm in the area due to great coffee at a great price. Super quick service is just a added bonus. Cheers...

I come here regularly as I work next door. The girls on the register and the Barista are very quick and the coffee is always excellent. The staff are always quick to help me out of a last minute catering pickle no pun intended! with some days only an hour or two's notice!

Have been going to the cafe for the last six years and can say have never had a problem. We use their catering services regularly and enjoy my morning coffee from there with a bonus cookie from late!. I also have lunch with work colleagues there regularly! Thank you Cafe Pinnacle, you have been wonderful!

A lunch time favorite with office dwellers in the area. Friendly staff.Food: 4/5
