3 visits 2 bad experiences. Waitress asked me for order no menu given. Then asks would I like table water. Puts glass on table with still 1/2cm of water in it UPSIDE down on my table, hence mess everywhere and I’m now supposed to drink out of a glass that has had been upside down on table. Hygienic? So I ask her to rectify it. She comes back and slams glass on table no sorry nothing. Walked out. Previous experience says close at 4pm I got there at 3.45, sorry we just turned machine off. Can you turn it back on? No. Why? Suits the owner? Does it suit customer. Rating out of 5 sitting st 2.45 less than 50% This cafe obviously is poor in service. Coffee about 6:10 Poor effort girls very disappointed. Rang owner, didn’t seem to care. Won’t be opening my wallet there ever again.

Been eyeing this little cafe for a while, so decided to give it ago this morning. I was not disappointed! I had a large cappucino and a stack of pancakes with a blueberry coulis topped with a dollop of ice cream. The coffee was well balanced and the pancake melted in my mouth. The service was exceptional and the staff greeted me with a smile. Keep up with the good work!
