Terrible experience. This use to be the place to go for a yummy treat. Today I brought 2 cookies and a brownie. The brownie was old and the cookies were so crumbly the kids couldn’t eat them. I returned for a refund to be told they don’t give refunds. Horrible food and customer service, not what it once was.
I ordered cappuccino and an anzac caramel slice. Coffee wasn't great. A bit milky for a cafe located in Ponsonby. The slice was fresh and delicious. In my opinion staff could be more welcoming but it was ok. Place looks tired...maybe a renovation would turn the place into a cozy welcoming spot.

This is a quaint cafe’ in the heart of Ponsonby. Great service and staff let us enjoy ourselves while tending to our table as needed. Great Vibe. I like the old world style!
