Story

Farmer and Sun is locally owned and run by the Waugh's, Trena, Steven, Sharla and Layton. Steven and Trena have been farming for over 30 years, and in 2012 decided to open a local marketplace in their hometown. Mid 2015 they expanded their range to include a Gourmet Cafe. Located in the Southside Town Centre in Gympie, Farmer and Sun is a one stop shop, including a local marketplace and gourmet cafe. Come in and enjoy the ambiance. Our new Cafe includes all housemade foods and organic fair trade coffee. With our rustic style and home style products, you're sure to love it!

Awesome restaurant, and a great addition to the main Farmer and Sun store. Huge selection of food and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. Customer service is excellent. A great addition to the local community!

Great Everything - Food - Coffee - Service.  We love this cafe and eat here regularly. They have a huge selection and the gluten free options taste like real food.  The Strawberry Madness is delicious and perfect for summer so is the iced coffee. A big thank you to the staff, keep up the good work.

Delicious and fresh food. Very friendly service. 
I would come here more often but they start to shut up shop before 4pm on a week day.
