Thank you so much to Steve and the team at Cafe at Lewers for making our Wedding Reception so incredible! Steve was so easy to work with and nothing was too much trouble. He worked with my other vendors behind the scenes to make our reception truly spectacular. The team set up so perfectly and were more than happy to follow my vision. The food was also amazing! As the Bride and Groom, Steve personally made sure we had drinks all night and that we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend Cafe at Lewers for your Wedding Reception!
Such a great space! Love that the kids can explore the gardens and play on the grass. Food is delicious! The French Chicken Salad was so tasty and fresh and a huge portion, I had to take half home! Kid-friendliness: Kids menu and space for kids to play Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options
Gorgeous place with great coffee and food. Really lovely relaxed vibe so bring a book, paper or journal! They also serve alcohol. Perfect spot to meet before or after the river loop walk!
We had an unplanned stop here for brunch, as we were doing the great river walk. Absolutely charming place. Family friendly, lovely staff, access to the galleries, amazing food! Such a gem so glad we found it. Note: only assistance dogs allowed
Such a cute place tucked away from the main road. Menu is great and the little garden out back is very secluded, perfect for picnics!
Love this place. It's our local go to for brekky/brunch catch ups. Has a lovely outlook, good food and coffee and staff are always lovely and helpful. Also love that it's right along the Nepean River so we can go before or after a stroll or walk. The gardens are stunning and quaint it's my fav part! Kid-friendliness: Kids can play on the grass area right in front of tables. Parking: Depending on day/time can be difficult to get parking right out front when it's busier but otherwise I usually always get parking right out front in the street. Wheelchair accessibility: All level ground with no steps
Was lucky enough to have a wedding and reception at Cafe at Lewers and the Penrith regional gallery grounds. It was an incredible venue with perfect food. From canapes including lamb cigars, chicken skewers and lastly the tofu which all our vegan guests said was incredible. Steve provided incredible mains and Sarah was extremely attentive to the bride and groom constantly bringing food and drinks! For mains I highly recommend the share plate option with the lamb shoulder and chicken served with all the trimmings for the sides, again all guests passed on incredible feedback loving it with an odd little shout out to...the potatoes. Apparently they are the best crunchy potatoes! The vegan stuffed mushrooms were a success by all accounts. Finally, Alisa and I are forever grateful that our special day was looked after by such skilled and special people who truly took care of everything and made the event. The gallery grounds are also worth mentioning as they were to die for with the photos. I truly can not recommend the venue and staff more. Thank you all..
A nice peaceful spot overlooking the Lewer Gallery's garden. Nice cafe food & coffee.Food: 4/5
The food let's this place down. I ordered fritters.... Cold and mushy. Nice herbal salad though. Limited lunch menu. Only 5 items on the menu. The staff are on point. Wine from Orange was excellent. My friends and I would not go back.
Fab service, and when it’s not too busy, the lovely team stop to have a chat with you. Great food here - I highly recommend the seasonal pumpkin risotto! Coffee good too. Gorgeous location.
