Café 1909

This is a great waterfront cafe in an awesome location. We had brunch in a large group and we all enjoyed our experience here during our recent visit to Mildura. The menu is Sailor themed and the food was good, well presented. We didn’t have to wait for lunch Mt and everyone’s dishes came together. What a view of the river!! Enjoy the pics.

Quite a nice place to have a coffee and possibly some meals if the weather allows. Pelicans and shags are fun to watch. Indoor dinning reminds countryside petrol station restaurant in term of site interior and decoration. The food is ok level. But the best thing here is the site here. Outdoor tables give beautiful views and there is heaps of room to walk around.

Lovely outdoor area over looking the Murray River, the view up and down river and watching the paddlesteamer come in, very relaxing and enjoyable. Coffee great, we had the egg and bacon roll it was delicious. Staff friendly. Highly recommend cafe 1909 for a great stop and catch up with friends.

Lovely location with great table service. I only popped in for a coffee and sweet treat and really enjoyed despite coffee served in a mug. The pecan pie was one of the best I've ever had and all staff engaging and a delight

This place has delicious food here. Really good pork and sweet sauce, and nice chicken parmy & chips. Love the caramel slice one of my favourite desserts. Loved this cafe, very accommodating to our dogs which helped us to relax & enjoy our wine, the beautiful river views & the delicious food. Friendly staff .. worthy of more than 5 stars & def one on our list to visit again.

Always a winner! Friendly, efficient staff. Lots to try on the breaky & lunch menu, or a classic eggs on toast or schnitzel if you're not feeling adventurous. We had the poke bowl & corn fritters today, and boy did it hit the spot! The view's great, even from the comfort of inside on a wet day.

We had four courses, so eight different dishes, all were delicious and well presented. Great chef. Staff were friendly and efficient. Location overlooking the Murray River was beautiful. Should be 10 stars.

I've been here a few times over the years, when visiting family. Always excellent food and friendly service. Good portion sizes. It's lovely to sit on the deck over the river. I hope to be back again soon :Food: 5/5
