Brilliant always had the beers I wanted for our stay in surfers paradise

I asked a few questions.. about a few different beers. The gents straight up did not know the answer to the questions..  however they immediately proceeded to gather the information i requested. Am now a regular at this place. Marcus and Amy are always helpful whether it be selecting a case of beer or my favourite whisky, plus other staff always friendly too, Tyler and the other guys know their stuff. Quick, easy cheap and friendly, couldn't ask for more

I bought a Pinot noir wine bottle ,buying experience was as usual :

Stock wasn’t enough, staff was rude and unhelpful. There is problem of staff’s attitude,while I purchasing bottle of wine I gave money first and tell him I will give him a rewards card to get lower prices. He said okay and then said sorry it was too late...... I am not gonna arguing 5 dollars difference, but the thing is don’t you said yes? And then finished that transaction?

Great bottle shop. Small but has all of what you need. For me, it's a great location and the staff are always willing to help which has been great.

Sam and Amy were extremely helpful in assisting my friends and I to find alcohol for our holiday. Definitley reccomend going here to purchase alcohol, cheap, friendly staff and good range.

Great staff. It's my local store and all the staff are super friendly, helpful and know the alcohol very well.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life!!! They were so rude and did refused to serve us when there was 5 of us over the age of 20, 1 being 35 years old, because my 17 year old sister walked in to grab a room key and walked straight out. They had attitude and made us walk to the next BWS when they were downstairs from our hotel.

Can't I give 0 stars?? By far the rudest staff we've ever dealt with. Didn't really want to serve, too busy folding boxes up. When they did serve us I think we got about 2 words out of the staff. Honestly rudest service I've had anywhere.
