The person who claimed to be the manager harassed me at checkout several days ago. I called up to complain and when I confronted him about it I was passed to another employee who told me the issue would be addressed. I came back today and he refused to even look at me. I talked to the other employee who told me I must have misheard what he said to me. I am furious and disgusted at this conduct.
Friendly and helpful staff, conveniently located next to Woolworths in Pakington Strand. They have exactly the range and selection you would expect from a chain store with prices to match. There are regular specials on various wine, beer and spirits. As it's adjacent to the supermarket you can take your shopping trolley directly into the bottle shop.
Good selection of wines, beers and spirits. They always have plenty of ice. Good sized walk in beer fridge. Very nice and courteous staff.
On the larger side for a BWS and always has a good mix of classic bottle shop fare as well as interesting craft beer, local wines and unusual gins; the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable
A decent selection of alcohol available here. If you're after something specific it'd be better to head to Dan Murphys, otherwise this is pretty decent.
Convenient when using supermarket but a five minute walk to Dan Murphy's will save you money on most purchases.
Friendly and insightful staff with a decent range of products at competetive pricing suited for all budgets and occasions.
