Always such a great place to shop. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The gentleman who was working tonight Saturday night with blue in his hair was amazing and so helpful. I will always shop here. Love my little local

I normally have a great experience with both Woolies and BWS Carrara, but the staff they hired for Christmas were substandard, rude, and lazy. I hope they're more selective with who they hire for the Easter holiday

Partner just purchased a 6 pack of beers. The box completely fell apart on way to car directly out the front - a beer smashed on the ground. RUDE ignorant Woman refused to replace the beer and accused partner of carrying the box incorrectly? Not on.

The staff is very friendly.  They leave you to do ya shopping.  And when servicing they are friendly,  this makes me want to go there. On my way  After work.. SAM
