These chain stores are all the same...except for one thing...the staff. The guy who served us this week was a legend! Very helpful and very welcoming. if I was going to own a store i would come back and hire this guy!
I could go to any BWS but I keep coming back here because of the service! Big shout out to the legend Ana!!! She is very helpful and knowledgeable and always has a smile for everyone xx
Last Saturday I was there and the girl Anna I think was fantastic. Very helpful and always smiling, seemed to know a lot about spirits!
BWS Pedestrian delivers using the service of Jimmy Brings, which doesn’t bring well. A trolley would be handy for them to have. There are some for around $32 in Supercheap They usually just phone you instead of buzzing and bringing up the drinks. Today, again, they phoned saying they were in the visitor's car park area, so my husband went downstairs to the visitor's park area, but then the courier decided to buzz. Trying to make it short, after having looked in the visitor's park area without finding anybody, my husband met the Jimmy Brings delivery person at the entrance and brought up everything himself. Fortunately, we have a trolley.
Great place to get all your favourite bottles of wine,spirts or beer, only thing I found which nothing major, was there ice was expensive because it's 36 degrees and they know that you need it lol, anyhow overall I was there daily getting ice because our holiday apartment only had a small freezer, otherwise if you brought three at a time you saved considerably, which I guessing all the locals do, but we had a great 3 week holiday there.
I got my ice for my staff esky here every day. The staff were great and very welcoming.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff." Darren" was a great help.
