We enquired about the toilet key for a child no less within BWS and were refused the key stating that they were not public toilets. According to the signage, not only were the toilets designated as such, but also an additional sign states that they are actually for customers of the centre. Needless to say that this was surely the last time that I was a customer of the entire center. I won't set a foot into any of the shops ever again and will most definitely avoid any BWS shops in the future. Thank you BWS. Not. Shame on you for refusing toilet access to a child. I guess it was too much to ask that particular employee to look up from their phone and stop texting. It's called human decency.

Super friendly and helpful staff.nnPlenty of stock and variety of brands. Local names too. Refrigerated and shelf stock.nnParking can get busy but I've not had an issue getting one.nnYour everyday rewards card can be scanned here too.
Another great, little BWS store with friendly, helpful staff and pretty good stock for a small shop. Always easy to pop in for a pre ordered pick up or odd bottle with a decent range available.
Very friendly staff who were very helpful in getting wine that I have no idea about thanks as the wine was a big hit
