Amazing friendly staff, if you're local they know you and know what you like/want. Good discounts is you're a Rewards Member or buy 6 bottles if wine for 10% off. Busy shop so sometimes you have to wait but the staff are efficient. Really friendly crew!

Poor customer service doesn't accept digital id.

Excellent service! The man went out of his way to recommend a better deal and was super patient while i fiddled around looking for my rewards card. It felt like a small business, not a big chain. Excellent overall experience

Great staff that know their stock and are very helpful pointing out specials. Make sure you get the new app for big discounts.

Good product range but does lack choice in a few items.  Admittedly it is a small shop and does well for it's small footprint. Great bargains to be had on wine at times.
