I've gone to BV Beauty for several laser treatments and found that the owner was very nice and had a genuine interest in ensuring I got the best possible results (I'm quite happy with the progress so far).

I was very unhappy with the service and treatment I was provided with by BV Laser and Beauty. I have been to many laser clinics around Sydney, including family run businesses and franchise clinics and I would say that I was absolutely appalled with BV Laser and Beauty. Also, although the clinic uses a candela laser machine, they use candela syneron which is completely different to candela gentlelase. The results were appalling - it was as if I did not have any laser done - and the owner tried to convince me that the machine 'takes longer' to show results. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It is 100% not professional, friendly and affordable as advertised. There are other laser clinics around Chatswood and close by who offer much better service with candela gentlelase at great prices.
