Customer service is appalling and unprofessional, reception staff are more interested in chatting amongst themselves rather than communicating with patients. No point in making an appointment as I truly believe they do not understand the meaning of the word.
I am extremely happy with this practice. Dr Lucia and Dr Jinku are who our family sees on the regular. They are patient and really take the time to listen and investigate what we are concerned about. It’s taken a long time to find the right doctors for us, but we are confident in staying out here. Admin staff are also very informative, helpful and friendly.
Since we have moved to bushland beach, one would say it made sense to come to this medical center. Yes it made sense but I can only say nice things about this practice. Our whole family has been attending here and have found the doctors and staff to be friendly and lovely each and every time we attend. The reception staff are welcoming and are starting to get to know us. The medical centre is just another great attribute to the community that makes Bushland Beach a great place to live. The practice doesn't just do for services to see a GPS, the also have a physiotherapy clinic, a wonderful family, pediatric dentist clinic and a blood test pathology attached. They have different programs that clients can access to further their health to. Thanks so much to all the staff for taking care of our family we appreciate all your support in helping keeping us healthy.
It has been so difficult trying to find a doctor in Townsville that is willing to listen and provide advise and referrals that actually help. I am glad to have finally found one this centre. The most I have had to wait was less than 2 minutes. Excellent centre!!!
I have been recovering from quite a significant burn on my foot and the nurses were nothing short of amazing EVERYDAY they dressed and tended to my burn and now it's almost healed with no infection. The doctors especially dr girgenti, dr Konda are our chosen drs to look after our family of 5. Can't recommend this surgery enough!!!
Professional and exceptional doctors and staff. Working in healthcare since 2001 , I know a good facility when I come across one. This place is great. Dr Hasa is a legend.
Dr Fiona Smith has been my GP for a number of years. Doctor Smith is thorough, honest, professional and personable and comes highly recommended by my family members and myself.
I would not even bother. Rang and an extremely rude lady answered stating there are no new patients this week. Its Wednesday. I live just the down the road and thought this service would be convenient. Pretty disappointing.
Best doctor surgery in fnq The drs actually listen to you and care about you. A rare thing to find these days.
