Had to go there to lodge a report. Did not have to wait long and I like the security there. 

Shady looking people loitering out the front in a big group though. 

They need to have more people working at the front desk as one lady was left to answer customers and the other just called out people's names.

If I could give them 0 stars that's what they deserve! There was 6 people waiting and they where sitting at the desk not serving a single person, and this one lady went to ask a question and staff member put her hand up and yelled at the woman I'm in the middle of something get a ticket in the rudest tone! I was appalled at the kind of attitude this woman had, she is in the field of customer service! A little kindness would not kill you!! All I needed to do was get an application signed and I was there for 1 hour and a half, with only 6 people in front of me! Slow, rude and incompetent!!!! 

No problem with the police officers at the front entry they were kind and helpful.
