An evil place. I went to court, expecting to be able to tell the whole truth, and was made to give evidence in front of the teenage female bullies who had mercilessly tortured my intellectually disabled son, and bashed me on the side of a main road. I had to give evidence facing the 3 bullies and their mothers. Every time I tried to tell, "Justice Mulroney" what they had done to my son I was aggressively cut off by their defence lawyer. I never got to tell, and the judge did not seem to want to know what had happened to my son, which hurt way more than the not guilty verdict. At the first mention, Paul Mulroney asked my son, in front of the bullies, what had happened, and he couldnt speak. I tried to tell of what I knew had happened, and I was aggressively silenced. It is still inside me, and still needs to be heard. The judge seemed to care about the bullies, but not us. He did not have a single kind word for my son. He denied me compensation for my property that was destroyed, I was in pain for weeks as handfuls of my hair had been yanked back and forward and ripped out.. In the weeks following the final courtcase, where I was not allowed a support person, and Justice Mulroney found them not guilty, my son had a mental breakdown and developed a major mental illness and has never recovered. I had to move, at my own expense, and was deeply depressed, suicidal, anxious, and traumatised, I kept crying and having panic attacks, nightmares and I was soon medicated for p.t.s.d.. Going to Bidura Court was horrific. The judge seemed to favour the bullies over us, which still hurts, and always will, and our lives are shattered. I still think about it everyday over 10 years later. Don't go to court expecting justice. I went there expecting justice and left a suicidal wreck. Thank you Jesus, I am still alive, praying my son and I will never meet those evil people again, and that other vulnerable people are protected from them. I also pray that Justice Mulroney reads this and is sorry for letting us down, because he really did. He destroyed my life, by not caring enough to let me tell him what had happened, in private, and not helping my son and I. To this day, I have no idea what the bullies said about us, as they got to see the judge in private!! Which was like further bullying. Totally wrong.
