Great place for a local auto shop
My experience was one of convenient & professional service. Despite being in lockdown & other Covid procedures, Chris provided exceptional customer service. He handled my enquires over the phone seamlessly, prices were excellent and pick up a breeze. Great service Chris, would definitely come back again.
Great service and excellent parts knowledge, can be a bit busy at times like any other business, great prices as well. There delivery service is a very quick turnaround have always had my parts delivered in under 15 minutes, great job Team Campbellfield.
The absolute worst customer service I have ever seen, There were 5 people on counter not serving anyone. Everyone looked at me when I walked in but nobody acknowledged I was there. I waited 5 minutes for someone to talk to me and didnt feel like he cared about what I even needed. No service quality. Not friendly. First and worst experience in this place.
The Staff at Bursons Auto Parts in Campbellfield are Amazing!!! They are very friendly knowledgeable and helpful I recommend them highly
