My family booked four apartments and were absolutely delighted with our stay. The apartments were clean and tidy, the facilities were fantastic, the location was great and the service provided by John, Ubon and Sienna was exceptional. Will definitely return.

I really enjoyed staying here the rooms are large and clean ,the kitchen came with cooking utensils too. Shower was hot and a decent size nozzel and everything was provided for . John the manager and his family were welcoming and friendly . will defiantly stay again .cheers .

After a year in planning to holiday up north with the two loves of my life aged 12 and 10 and needing somewhere special and quite due to going through treatment for my Leukaemia, I just have to say I and the children highly recommend Burleigh Palms Holiday Apartments. The service we received from the owners Kae and George was nothing short of spectacular. The Apartment we had was the best I have ever stayed in and everything inside and out was incredibly clean and cosy. I personally have stayed in 5 Star resorts all over and none matched the Hospitality, friendliness and courtesy shown by this incredible place and even though it's not 5 Stars, it rates in our experience as one. There was so much at our finger tips and the incredible specials we received to make the kids holiday the best ever was simply priceless. We would not want to be anywhere else and I just felt compelled to pass on our thoughts for others wanting the best.

Rooms could be a little cleaner and furnishings and appliances need updating in some cases, but the staff is friendly and helpful and the location is fantastic.
