Great bakery with a selection of bread and cakes backed fresh daily. The sourdough, vanilla slice and custard tarts are a standout. Every time we went there were people lining up and the product is a testament as to why this is. A must try in Port Macquarie.

I moved to Port Macquarie 6 months ago and I have finally found not only the best meat pies in Port but the best Ive ever tasted. Beautiful pastry and quality fillings
We stayed in Port Macquarie several years back, from Victoria ,and my husband cannot stop raving to people about your custard tarts. We came in again today,20th August,and to his delight they are still number one in Australia,. I have lost count of how many bakeries we've been to trying to find any that come remotely as good as yours.
They have some gluten free options. I tried them and they are pretty good. The carrot cake it’s great, humid, soft , tasty. I won’t say they are for celiac though, because of it’s a wheat-handle bakery but I am sensible and I didn’t have any symptoms after eating there. Everything looks bloody good!

Unexpectedly delicious. Bought a chocolate hazelnut cake to celebrate my daughters birthday, then custard and a loaf of bread. They were all great. You could taste the quality in the ingredients they use.
One of the best Yum Yum shops in PM! Mr Burkhardt is a craftsman, a great baker!
