Excellent service, gourmet burgers. Way healthier than other fast food chains. Nice and vibrant environment. Their vegan range is really great. Kept tidy and clean. Staff is very helpful and understanding. Prompt service on top.

Pretty good tasting burgers honestly. Service was fast and place is well kept. When I first came here, the chicken in the burger tasted pretty burnt not a good bbq taste but decided to give another go. This time I ordered the burgers at the counter and was asked if I'd like cheese with them.. I said yes. Turns out they charge $2.5 for an extra slice of cheese. Menu only indicates additions from $1 but has a long list. Kumara fries tasted good too, just had a little bit too much small pieces that were burnt.

I’ve had average experiences in the past and surprise surprise average at best today Something in the execution is just not right here… the main thing is the beef tastes as if the grill is not hot enough to cook, tastes stewed and not grilled - gives the beef a weird taste, egg also over cooked - too much lettuce.

Bought a bacon backfire on Wednesday. Chicken was completely raw. Disgusting and dangerous. Burger went in the bin. Will not be back.

Since they close at 10pm, we called the restaurant at 9.10pm but no one picked up. We then tried to call again and it said that the line was busy. Once we got there at 10.20pm, there were no customers inside so we were wondering why they didn’t pick up. We tried to order but they said they’re not taking orders anymore because they turned off all the grills. They were also turning customers who came in after us, away… I don’t usually write reviews but this was just annoying and the company loses more money too.

The worst place to order the food. just for bloody 1 burger have to wait almost 25-30 minutes. staff is not responsive at all. looks like this place is not serious about the business. even fine dinning restaurants not take this much of time to deliver the food. just 1 bloody burger. This branch makes you wait a long time so we ordered online in advance hoping the pickup would be quicker. Wrong. It was a simple order of two burgers plus one fries to share, but we had to wait 25 minutes after the "expected" pickup time. The restaurant did not appear overly busy. Noticed during our 25 minute wait that staff had time to hug and chat with their friends. My polite query as to the progress of our order was treated frostily. After a ten minute drive home the chips were shrivelled, dry and barely lukewarm. The burgers were nice but also lukewarm. Not impressed and probably won't return.

Not the best BF but still a solid local. Beef is usually overcooked and they are very messy putting their burgers into the boxes so always harder to eat. Usually great counter service though and always clean and tidy inside! Vegetarian options: Vegan and vege options avail. Parking: Some carparks right outside door. Street parking on side street with stairs down to main entrance Wheelchair accessibility: Flat carpark, easy access to restaurant and counter for ordering. Counter is high but staff are attentive.

Food is great as always, I've ordered from here pretty frequently and they can't ever meet the scheduled order time. You're always waiting 20 mins - half an hour longer when you arrive. Enjoy a good meal but be patient.Food: 5/5

Great food, bit weird no combo. But once you have a burger I found a chip unnecessary for satisfying my appetite. Be prepared to wait because every order is made fresh.
