It’s good for what it is. Yummy burgers and fries

Visited around 6.30 on a Friday evening and it was nearly empty. Service was good and the vegetarian burger looked good, but when I picked it up, water started dribbling out the bottom. The patty was soggy, and the excess water made the rest go soggy too. I won't be going back.

The server abdul is the best employee I've met in my life, he should get a raise

Simply the best. Burgerfuel is a fantastic chain, and Ponsonby is the pinnacle of burger excellence. Cant recommend enough!

Clean and tidy best burgers in the world

I rate every BurgerFuel 5 stars. Bacon Backfire is a banger, as are most of their burgers. Spud Fries!
