I ordered 3 crunchy chicken tacos and waited 20minutes, to my unfortunate surprise, i was given ONLY 2 bad crunchy chicken wraps they did not use taco shells/tortillas. I also ordered fries which were surprisingly bad… I could genuinely cook better fries with the cheapest woolworths fries. I honestly feel like i got scammed. Just go to mad burger which is right next door.. Very poor performance
Burgertime has 5 stores in Brisbane and I have travel all the stores. Westend is one of them. The store is located just inforno of the bus station and is usually busy. The American style burgers are beyond of your thinking. The price range start for 10.9$ to 18.90$. The FOH is always great to have a chat and service is always in time doesn’t matter how busy is it. Best service best burgers beat and clean decent staff are one of the main reason I usually visit this place. They also got tap bears for 5$. If you around and live burgers please visit this place you won’t regate.
Ordered from Uber Eats. Burgers were yummy and filling. Also ordered the loaded bacon fries which were super delicious. Overall not a bad place for a lunch snack :
Spent $70 on “tacos” which weren’t even in tacos, they’re on stale pita bread with a tiny piece of chicken and lettuce in each -soooooo bad, almost comical without the $70 price tag. DON’T ORDER THE FAKE TACOS! Go to the Boundary instead. #scammed #burgertime #avoid

Ordered the Cheeseburger through Uber Eats. It came with only a tiny bit of ketchup and ONE tiny ring of an onion. Very disappointed and won’t be ordering again.
Was told 10 mins, it took 25. My chips hadn't been cooked. When I asked for a refund because I was running late and didn't want to wait another 10 mins for them, I had to argue and ask repeatedly before he finally gave in. The burger patty was overcooked, almost hard and drenched in sauce.
Well done chefs, the food this evening was super fresh and tasty. My husband had the Brisket burger & Jalapeno poppers served with steak fries. Washed done with a nice cold glass of Stonewood pacific ale. Loved it all. Whilst I had the burger with caramelised onions and Gorgonzola cheese sauce, all homemade and very yummy. Customer service was impeccable as was the food. Thanks heaps.chefs.
I think for what you pay at this place, you can get better value at Grill'd. The burger was "OK" and the seasoning on the fries was supposed to be salt and vinegar. It was mostly just salt.
Friendly staff and great looking menu, but I didn't enjoy much of the food. Loaded fries okay, cauliflower buffalo wings okay, "gorgon zola" burger good but missing bacon, roomie halloumi burger basically flavourless apart from the taste of the gas it was cooked with.
