Was not what I remember. The nice shiny 1950s style restaurant with the red shiny seats and chevs, Marilyn, etc all gone to be turned into what looked bit like a glorified fishnchip shop waiting area.there wasn't nearly enuf staff on. There was only one man manning the counter at 6pm rush tea hour and the staff that was on were in no hurry. I don't like to be negative, but the tables were dirty and my young kids who got under table were counting gum under at least 3 of the tables. On a positive note the food was yummy . Again sorry another negative tho, there was no fizzy drinks or frozen drinks at all only the already bottled apple, orange juice and water. I havnt been to burger King in a few years and maybe this was just a real bad day, we all have those sometimes, I will write again if I go vack and it is different as I wld hate to judge a place on a perhaps just really bad day .
Same taste but not the same burgers... Burger king used to have fantastic burgers that stood out among all the other fast food chains, but the quality has diminished dramatically... It is sad to see the buns look like someone sat on them, the salad is almost non existent and the fries look like someone got hungry on the way to deliver them to the counter. The taste is still there, minus the delicious crunch of salads on your burger, but the quality is lacking not to mention you can tell most of the workers do not want to be there and it often comes through in their customer service
My son loves the King Box, either nuggets or a burger. This time around I ordered a burger King Box and frozen coke. To my surprise, I waited 40min for these two items. So I contact them via the online channel. Maybe it's something they can fix or improve. But no response. Customer service is probably not on their priority list.Food: 3/5
I feel like this is the only Burger King that I can be confident will get my order right. The burgers are always fresh and the fries are never over salted like a lot of other places. The staff are attentive and I feel sorry for them when they're busy with a lot of orders and some rude customer comes up to the counter with a bad arse attitude because their order is taking longer than five minutes. They take forever to give the customers their food and they will mess up your order. I brought a small chips drink and burger. All I got was a large chips and a large drink. Pretty disgusting. I’d never go there again l. They definitely need new and more workers working there 1 star review from me
Waited an hour in the drive through, then forgot part of our order. Hard to go back on Christmas though especially when it wouldve been another hour in the line with the doors locked and no way to get inside. Food we did get was still good though.Food: 4/5
Food is always stone cold, staff look like they haven't showered in weeks. I watched a staff member change the rubbish bags then go and serve customers without changing his gloves. Hope like hell I don't get food poisoning!!
Rush hour dinner, staff dawdling and wandering around like headless chickens. Restaurant had rubbish everywhere. Waited far too long for our meals. Burger was cold and my chips were not a large as ordered. Honestly this place has gone to the dogs. What a joke.
This was the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been in. Food and drink thrown everywhere including the electrical sockets at each booth. No staff on floor so nothing was cleaned or picked up and they were two other customers apart from us so there is no excuse for the mess. Avoid and go to KFC or McD’s instead.
Worst experience ever! Took 25mins for order to finally be packed, by which time burgers and onion rings were soggy. Soft drink machine had run out of syrup.Food: 1/5
