Ordered 2 fishes caught on the same day, fries, onion ring and hot dog for 21 dollar. Huge portion and delicious. The only setback is that there is only one dining table, and best to take away.

Great fish! Great prices. Tasted fresh, battered and cooked perfectly. Had the gurnard, snapper and a scallop.

My absolute favourite place for Chinese in New Plymouth! The family who runs it are super lovely and the food is always fresh. You can tell how popular this place is by the fact that it’s always busy! Their smorgasbord has a great selection and you can also order food off the menu at a really reasonable price. The Sweet and Sour Pork is definitely the best in town - my son fills his container with just that!

Food was lovely. Unfortunately not ready until 30 minutes after the ordered time and one of the dishes was missing with another doubled up on.

Excellent establishm ent! My first time here, but I'll definitely be back. The service was quick, staff very busy, but friendly and welcoming. We had the chinese menu. We had pre-ordered a large order of a family package plus 3 more dishes. It was cooked in front of us very quickly, packaged up beautifully in 2 boxes. While we waited for only 15mins, we saw the delicious and well filled chinese buffet, which seemed to be popular. This place definitely deserves it's great reputation. We were very impressed. And the food was delicious, there was plenty for our group of 10, and quite a bit left over for the next day.

I love my combination fried rice but I always ask for double meat. Well. I've never been here before. Double meat just about made it more meat than rice! Also got sweet and sour pork. Together, for two, we had two big dinners or if it at about $8 per head per meal. This will now be our go-to place for Chinese takeaway. Value for money, tasty, decent portions, you can't ask for more.
