I had an appointment to get my retainer fixed, the doctor was 40 minutes late. He then tells me he doesn’t have time to fix my retainer as he’ll need a full hour. I had to make another appointment. I took the day off work to attend this appointment, so this was quite frustrating. I then finished work early to attend the next appointment. A different doctor completed this service within 20 minutes..
My mum and I needed to take my grandma in for an pressing procedure, which was tricky in more ways than one due to her advanced Alzheimer’s. Dr Nardine and her assistant were fantastic, extremely patient, kind and thoughtful in their care. We are so extremely grateful to them for their treatment today, and would highly recommend this team!

the way i was treated from the moment i walked into the praxis starting with receptionist most friendly and helpful and it continued over to the dentist who took the most care in explaining the whole procedure and upcoming treatments. i am most happy and looking forward going back as i feel well looked after. thank you
Dr PK, one of the best dentists down south. Great with people, funny and reassuring. I would recommend him to anyone. Oh yea, the assistants and the girls behind the counter make the whole dentist experience so much easier.
This practice is very clean. The Dentist are amazing. My job can be unpredictable I have had too move appointments for my family more then once. They are always kind and non judgmental.
My mother-in-law who is visiting us had some tooth ache and I made an appointment with this practice . My wife took her to the appointment and they were about 5-8 minutes late. My wife tried to explain the reason - which was they couldn't find a car parking spot and more importantly my 14 month old son who sometimes throws tantrums getting in/out of the car. The receptionist was rather rude and obnoxious and behaved in a high handed manner as if she were doing charity. She perhaps forgot there are other insurance companies as well as dental practices around. While my mother in law will visit Australia regularly to spend time with her grandson she has decided not to take BUPA again.
This has been a pleasant experience and my 4th visit back to bupa dental. You feel that they care about you and are passionate about there profession, as I'm someone who hadn't been to the dentist for a long time for general care any they did not talk down at me and they were there to look after me and gave me the knowledge of what I can do to better look after my teeth The dental clinic is modern and feels inviting and calm with a couple of TVs with teletext turned on and a small play room for kids with xbox and play station
