Dr. Alison is super patient, professional, fun and alway with a big smile on her face. She took 4 of my wisdom teeth off like in one quick snap. The whole process was relaxed and painless. The dental assistants and the ladies at the front reception desk are super helpful and welcoming. Great experience and thank you again!
Despite being an adult I really do not do well at the dentist. I went to get a wisdom tooth removed and was stressing out big time! Dr. Alison is fun and she can put you at ease, I honestly did not feel any pain and I survived and walked out on my own feet. A special mention to the nice nurse who let me squeeze her hand throughout the procedure. Not saying I am dying to be back guys, but definitely next time I'd be in for something I will be relaxed as I know I am in excellent hands!
I have a dental phobia and Dr Alison has been excellent at providing a comfortable and friendly environment, and is very knowledgeable and thorough. A great dentist who genuinely cares about her patients. The whole team at this dental clinic is also excellent and friendly, smiles all around!
Allison walker and Johnny Chan are by far the best dentist I’ve seen throughout Australia. We have moved a lot! I have been going to Bupa Casuarina for three years. Each and every time they have looked after my teeth, but also my mental health. Teeth are my week spot! Alison sorted out pain I had for two years and is the most down to earth person i know and very calming. Johnny is the friendliest, gentle dentist my kids have had. They have truly shaped the future of my childrens oral heath. I may even fly back just to see them from interstate. I can’t thank you both enough. Maree
On holiday from Adelaide and had a toothache ... got an appointment almost immediately to my surprise. Hadn't been to a dentist in 31years and was anxious, more about the fact that I hadn't seen a dentist for so long and the judgement I would receive... Had a filling and a tooth pulled with no judgement by Dr Tchia and his fantastic assistant that I failed to get the name of. All staff were amazingly helpful, friendly and made my experience a truly positive one. I sincerely thank you.
Dr Ean Ong and his team are state of the art at the top of their game such modern well equipped premises and Dr Ong is a wizard at his craft. They can make same day crowns with their 3 D printer type machine I was amazed. This place was recommended and we live NT remote Dr Ong came in on his days off to help us with our reduced time frame. We felt right at home there such friendly professional staff make you immediately at ease plus very down to earth Thanks
Best dentist clinic in Australia. Excellent with kids - my youngsters love going! Spend much longer giving teeth a thorough clean so that teeth stay healthy. Had botched fillings in NSW that got fixed here. While living in NSW and SA, trialled different local dentists. None compare. We book in here every time we're up on holidays.
The place looks new and it has all the infrastructure and equipment required to provide thorough services such as x ray, create crowns etc. Their hygienist was superb, very knowledgeable and professional and I highly recommend her. However, the dentist that I saw was going from my treatment to another person in a different room, back and forth. This unfocused multitasking modus operandi ended up unsurprisingly with a mistake and two of my molars glued together. A week later I returned to get it fixed and the same happened. While the dentist was fixing the glue he left in my teeth, he was called to return to his other patient, because 'she was in pain' as the assistant told him. The boy at the front desk is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Ok, so I was a little anxious about confirming my appointment with this clinic after I read a review about the receptionist Molly. I have to say hand on heart she was lovely from the get-go, which set the scene for a terrific dental experience. I've definitely found our family dential care providers. Staff and service - fabulous.
Best dentist in Darwin. The staff is super friendly and efficient. Modern equipment offering onsite crown making as well. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are great with kids too.
