My Mum spent a month here recently for respite care. It was arranged on very short notice but Mum was treated very well there and I highly recommend for respite care. The staff and management were very helpful and very friendly. They were always on time to make sure Mum was ready when they knew she had to leave the place for a visit or medical appointment. I would highly recommend if for long or short term care.

My Dad passed away today at Caulfield Bupa. I cannot describe in words how grateful I am for the care and kindness he received from all the staff. You are all exceptional and went above and beyond. To all the staff on Ascot level. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. I know Dad appreciated each and every one of you. Thank you again for your kindness and support xx

My father is a resident at Bupa Caulfield for the last 4 months. The care he receives is excellent. The place is very clean and the staff members are warm and helpful. My fathers needs are addressed in a very professional and efficient manner.nHighly recommended.

My mother has been a resident at Bupa Caulfield for about a month now. She is 98, primarily a Greek speaker and quite frail. The staff have been very considerate and attentive. They involve her in activities and take her for outings. There are other Greek residents there that she also interacts with. The food is very good and the facilities are well kept. It was a very difficult decision for our family to put Mum into care, but we're very happy with how Bupa's management have helped make the transition as easy as possible.

There is a warm and welcoming environment the minute you walk in the door at Bupa Caulfield. The new manager Mel is making a noticeable difference to visitors and residents alike. I can notice under this new leadership a more positive change in the general staff attitude. They are clearly respected and supported. I am really looking forward to this continued positivity and the refurbishment of the Acacia Unit where Dad resides.
