I had challenges and reservations of finding the right aged care provider for my mother.  After having met Shyama, Bonita, Sherie and Stella at BUPA Caulfield I knew I found the right place for mum.    All the staff made mum welcome and comfortable.  Mum always comments on how clean the property is and how nice the staff are.  As long as mum is happy, and she is, then BUPA Caulfield is doing a marvelous job.  Thank you to all contributors.

My husband has been in Bupa Caulfield Aged care for nearly a month. He is not an easy person and he complained a lot. So I sent a unsatisfied comment to them. But recently I talked to the staffs and they explained what was going on. I understood that my husband’s comments were not trustworthy and I should have talked to the staff before.nnAnyway I will ask them to take care of my husband for respite care again.

BUPA Caulfield - First of all I would like to commend you on your staff selection- very warm,dedicated and easy to deal with.nMum was there almost a month - during the time we were overseas - first time in a long time I did not feel the stress of leaving her behind.nHatice went out of her way to make sure mum did a video call with me once a week- that call settled all our minds and our day was happier because of it.nShyama Bonita Chris to name a few who were kind and supportive. There are so many other staff the nurses , the chef - I don’t know their names - but all of them gave their time and energy to make mums stay so pleasantnSo once again thank you to all - very appreciated and look forward to an ongoing association- Loganadhan family and Bharathi Bhaskaran Ascot room 3

I cannot praise the staff and facilities at Bupa Caulfield highly enough.nFrom the day my mum moved in until unfortunately the day she passed away, she was given the best care and attention. The staff treated her with dignity and even after she passed away, they followed up my welfare in my grieving period. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bupa Caulfield to anyone being in the position of having to find a place for an aged relative. Special thanks to Shyama and her team for their efforts and dedication in what must be one of the toughest careers anyone can pursue.

Staff are always polite and have the interest and care of the residents foremost.  Although Bupa Caulfield is an older facility it is always clean and tidy.  Meals are well presented and appear nutritious.
