For a try turning the lights on and I might be able to see secondly when you offer a cutting service and the customer asks for 1315 don't cut 1318 now I have to cut again gggrrrrrr

Everything was in stock. Most retail staff had  good product knowledge. Good prices.

GABBY in special orders has the best customer service skills ever!  She made buying our kitchen so easy. Even phoned us up and refunded 99 dollars, when she saw a small mistake, after we bought kitchen. She understands the computer system inside out abd went above abd beyond to help us. Helped to save us money all the way. So grateful to her. 
DARRELL the kitchen designer was also so helpful and punctual and really helped make our kitchen better than we thought it could be.

Dreadfull,  totally embarrassing. 
.do all shopping at Bunnings through work and home projects..have taken a few things back over the years .some without receipts, these were usually things other people had bought for me as gifts etc that weren't quite right or broke down. Always exchanged for another product and usually more expensive. 
Now because no receipts for those products I am flagged .
Not happy at all .
