Great place to shop getting ready to put up glasshouse shelters on raised gardens. Prices super cool compared to another franchise. Thanks team
I used thePowerpass app to check stock of some pavers I required. However when I arrived there were none in stick and the assistant when approached said "I wouldn't believe that, it's hardly ever accurate". I then purchased 6 bags of compost, which I struggled to get to my car while staff around offered no assistance. I then went to Mitre 10 where I got the two pavers I wanted. An assistant, directed me to the location, placed them on a trolley and after purchase brought then to my car and loaded them. What a difference.
The delivery service given by bunnings was appalling. Unfortunately, this is a flaw of the company and not the employees of course, as they do not even understand what procedures are due to be taken at any course. The staff try their best despite the ineptitudes of the management staff. I would obviously have preferred to go in store and buy the products myself but I do not own a vehicle that makes this possible. I know that Bunnings in Australia is good but it is truly disappointing how the structure of the company is so bad. much can be done to improve the delivery services and the communication between the employees of Bunnings. It is also disheartening to hear that many bunnings lack appropriate delivery vehicles and such, as well as high delivery costs. Is the company aware that not every person is able to buy things in person. Very strange that I live 40 minutes from bunnings and it will take 2 weeks to get to my house. Would highly recommend using any other hardware store, especially Mitre 10. sad.
Wouldn’t recommend using click and collect here, it’s either that they take your money and ring you and let you know it’s out of stock and give you a refund, or, the plant you get is dry, leaves are wilted and yellow. Would advise to go elsewhere
Great deal on raised garden bed kit. Had 1/4 round posts been looking for. Didnt show on their web site
