Bunnings is always helpful, you can get whatever you need. You can even build a home from Bunnings. When I need anything , just come Bunnings , maybe it’s sold out, just go to another Bunnings and get it.
Service was top notch by a very tall young staff! Should have gotten his name! I went in with an idea for a DIY project but the staff gave me mind-blowing ideas that helped me save money. Best service award goes to him!
Went into Bunnings today to buy a Thai Monstera. Had an amazing experience and great customer service from Adam. After having some different opinions in the store about what to do. He gave us useful knowledge on how to care for it properly whilst, being friendly. Great experience.
Extremely appalled with my experience today. After I went in and got tiles, I noticed on the receipt the price was different to the shelf. It was a lot of tiles! The front desk girl asked for me to bring back every single tile as she believed I grabbed the wrong tile that has the wrong ticket. After showing all the tiles and the ticket, and numerous attempts to find a solution, she refused to correct the price. I will never go back after this experience.
Excellent service. I had a chair which I bought from bunnings. On assembly the screw broke whilst it was half way into the hole. I took it into Belmont Bunnings to see if it was repairable. The very lovely Browny not only dislodged the broken screw but also replaced the screws. Going extra step to ensure screws on the chair matching he replaced the other screws. Going above and beyond expectations. Thank-you.
when I was 7 there was a Santa walking around asking ppl what they wanted for Christmas. I was terrified of social interaction and ran into the next aisle and he followed me. I ran into the next. He kept following me. I was sprinting away and he was just always in the corner of my eye. Ringing his bell. I had nightmares for years. He is the reason my family stopped celebrating christmas
Belmont Bunnings Garden Centre in Decline Belmont WA Bunnings used to be my favourite Bunnings because it had such an excellent choice of plants, far more diverse and healthier than plants from other Bunnings in my area. The excellent team, including Amanda and Claude, took such pride in their work. Since the appointment of a new manager and a horticulturist, the decline has become sadly all too obvious. The indoor plant section has a poor selection of under-watered plants. This morning I found a tray of sundews sitting indoors in the dark, bone dry, instead of sitting in a tray of water outdoors as they should be. Outside, gone are the bright displays with masses of flowers and the abundance of water-wise native plants. I spoke to the manager and the horticulturist about the sundews. They seemed completely ignorant about the requirement of sundews and did nothing to fix the situation while I was there. They continued to stand and chat to each other for the next 20 minutes while I was looking for herbs, while two older workers worked flat out caring for the outdoor plants and helping customers. The quality of the nursery always determines which Bunnings I go to. Belmont will no longer be my choice of store.
Bunnings Belmont is extremely well stocked! I believe you can build a home just from shopping here alone! I visited this particular depot as I needed a few tools and items, fixing my new family home. I did not have to go anywhere else to find what I was looking for. It is the one stop shop for everything you need to do home and gardening repairs and or fixtures. The customer service was on point and very helpful. I was well guided and the prices were more reasonable than I thought! They have a play area for those that have little ones and a coffee shop for those that just want to relax for a little a bit while they do their shopping or after. Thanks for a great shopping experience.
Good looking shop Unfortunately staff don’t really care about the customer Don’t understand why people need to take dogs to Bunnings to sit them in a trolley “WEIRD”
Really good store. Plenty of parking. Staff have always been helpful. Well stocked and if they don't have the item, they try to locate it for you at another store. 4/5 stars only because of the size not as big as Midland Buntings.
