Tidy and staff were helpfull however was very surprised at the huge number of out of stock situation where you want to try the actual item not do a click and collect, especially dearer items.

This is my favorite place in Hawera. The people who work here are all lovely and helpful. They don't jump in your face, which I like, but they are everywhere and so ready to help when you are. And they have everything with the best prices

The second box of Christmas lights my friend purchased were not the colour shown on the box label, and different from the first, so we visited to swap them. The shop did not have any more in stock but the shop assistant rang other stores to find a replacement. Staff in another branch checked 12 boxes and they were all wrong too, so the assistant said she was going to the Porirua store the next day and would look there. Great personal service above and beyond... much appreciated
