Service in special orders is very bad. Kelly who served us seems like she doesn’t want to be there and we had to approach her when she was busy playing on her mobile phone. Service is very poor to say the least. I will definitely not be using this store again.

Always enjoy a visit to Bunnings. This visit was to the garden centre and received some superb advice from one of the team on choosing the right pot for herbs. Invaluable. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Thank you Bunnings.

I have shopped at Bunnings at least twice a week for years.The service has normally been helpful and friendly, but tonight at the service desk the staff were more interested in talking between themselves than wanting to be of assistance. I also arranged a large delivery and the bloke at the trades desk was quite upbrupt and rude to my partner.
