I wish I could give it more stars!! 10/5 Smells SO GOOD and clean as soon as you walk in and you're greeted with a smile. I had a 60 Min deep tissue massage. The staff were professional, asked about the pressure and adjusted accordingly, and I am walking out feeling great. Certainly would return and recommend to my loved ones, felt like I was back in Thailand as it was very authentic. They have an online booking page to make it convenient to book. Wish they accepted private health cover but not a big deal. Also if you pay cash you save $5!

Oh such a relaxing experience. Highly recommend! Bung Pai is clean and smells great. The staff are friendly and pressure is perfect. I had combination with thai techniques fixing my joints, and oil to sooth my muscles and mind. Feel so good, thank you.

Have been here a few times with different therapists. They are all professionals, courteous and helpful. It's a shame they removed the remedial massage from their list of services.
Booked an hour, arrived and was told they could only do 45 mins. Upon timing the massage, I only received 35 mins of massage. The female masseur was very rough and bruised by spine. Due to that, I now have pinching near the top of my spine - began straight after the massage and is still ongoing 35hrs later. The masseur also did not focus on any of the areas I listed when filling out the paperwork. Mauser used her knees and entire body weight which made me feel winded and in unpleasant spinal pain. I had to correct the masseur multiple times as she was causing me a lot of pain, and not the pleasant massage pain. I am disappointed with the service. Will not be re attending. I unfortunately did not get the name of the masseur - if the business wish to know, it was 5:30pm apt on 4/7/21 My partner also had a massage at the same time and asked for a oil massage and received an oil LESS massage which is disappointing.
