Have received excellent service from Lyndal, Luke and Graeme on more than one occasion. Always very helpful and willing to go above and beyond with happy smiling faces, to make sure we walk away with what we need. More personal and friendlier than the competitor.
This would not happen at Bunnings, I will not shop at Mitre10 anymore. - I purchased a tarp from Mitre10 Bundal. I could not find the exact size I was after, however, I purchased a size up hoping it would work. I took it home and opened the wrapping to size it up, but didn't use it as the size I brought home turned out too big.nWhen I returned to the store, half an hour after purchasing it, with my receipt, to see if I could exchange the product not looking for a refund, I was told by the Store Manager that because I opened the wrapping, they would not allow it. I wasn't looking to get money back, just exchange.nThe store manager was very short with me, VERY RUDE, and told me I should know the size I needed and not have purchased it in the first place. She told me there was nothing Mitre10 would do for me and I needed to be more careful with my choice next time.
Delighted with my experience yesterday at Mitre 10 Bundall.nPurchased 2 x laundry trolleys with 8 castors to be attached.nAsked rather intrepidly if salesperson could do this for me.nMy good fortune in that it happened to be “salesman extraordinaire — LUKE “ who so efficiently carried out the task. Much appreciated.nHave never been to this store before but will definitely go again.nMany thanks to LUKE at Mitre 10 Bundall.
Their team are always helpful and very polite…but today Luke” impressed me. He had gone beyond the usual service with people at the line b4 me but he also provided me in the most helpful manner. He needs to be awarded as “Mitre 10 ‘s model employee of the month”!
For people who are concerned about personal information leaking, I suggest not to use their Click and Collect service. When I collected my products from this store, the staff not only verified my name as in the driver licece which is normal, but also wrote down my driver licence number to their copy of receipt! I have been using Click and Collect service at multiple stores including Bunnings but no other stores wrote down my driver licence number when collecting products. In the receipt, there are my name, mobile number, address, now they have my driver licence number! I feel scared about possible personal informatioin leaking. So regret to do Click and Collect at Mitro10.
