Phone up to attain a quote on full house of ceiling insulation, only to be told you don’t do quotes unless via the website or Mitre 10 direct ?? . I was trying to stay away from the Big green shed thinking Mitre 10 would be a better option but clearly you don’t use the flexibility of being smaller to your business advantage. In days when things are tight as if you’d turn a customer away…… I even said don’t worry then I’ll go elsewhere and got a chirpy ok all good see you. ???? Bye.
I’m quite local n usually go to Bunnings. I’ve been to Mitre 10 ofter over the past months n will always try here first. Good, friendly, and informed service from the team here. As a first time visitor to this store it was an eye opener to see how large it was once you get through the, deceptively small, shopfront. Good, competitive pricing on most items too.
I received wonderful assistance at Mitre 10 Bundall. I shop there frequently supporting the community is important. Today I struggled with my purchases, dropping a couple. Dear Tim, was kind and helped noticed, a true gentleman. He has been of great assistance always even cutting snap screws helping the daughter of my disabled neighbour to semi reno vanity units. Mitre 10 you are fortunate to have Tim at Bundall. QLD in your employ. 5 stars or just a truely kind person. Thankyou not many people notice people who struggle. Hats off to Tim.
