Went to this shop yesterday and I have to say I have not encountered such a rude rude woman in a business like this before, her behaviour towards my granddaughter was disgusting, we were just looking for styles and she just kept saying negative comments, in the end we just left and went to another bridal shop where they treated you the way a customer should be treated, would recommend not going to this shop, this woman should retire
Found them very helpful and not expensive. Got all that was needed for my grandson. Recommend to anyone.

Today was an extremely important day for 5 sisters who traveled to meet to find bridesmaids dresses!! I really don’t know where to start .. I left Bexley house in tears and shaking with pain!! It was so important to me to have my Bridesmaids have fun and enjoy shopping for their dresses and potentially find my wedding dress!!! If you could picture the movie Pretty woman and the instant judgment X10 than that would be what we felt!! We insisted we didn’t have a budget and not a set colour and that we wanted to try on styles to see what the girls liked however we were treated like criminals and not even aloud to get changed into our own clothes in privacy. We were not aloud to even look at any dresses from any stands except for 1 dress she was happy for them to try on. I couldn’t even look at a dress without a quick no don’t look at that one!! I also found a style I liked and wanted to see if it suited them she said we won’t be trying that on !! Now I know you had more stock coming in but I said I wanted to look anyway !!! Also when my bridesmaids said I should try on a wedding dress I was told no that I couldn’t!! What happened next was fantastic we went to another shop and spent $5000 .. 4 bridesmaids dresses and 2 wedding dresses !! That’s right 2 wedding dresses what you didn’t know is that one of my bridesmaids is getting married in June !! This was a fantastic day but nearly ruined by Bexley House the so called Bundaberg Bridal Boutique!! I work in the beauty industry and talk to future brides and year 12 students who look for recommendations around this area and I know how you made me feel today was not a great way to treat anyone!! You hurt the wrong person today !!! Also only rated a star so I can make a review !! Should be -5 stars im so hurt ;
